Common use of Our liability is limited Clause in Contracts

Our liability is limited. Subject to Section 12.7, if you have suffered losses and we are found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms will not exceed SGD 100,000. This does not extend to our obligation to return funds held by us on your behalf upon termination in accordance with these Terms.
