Our Guarantee. 3.1 We guarantee that our Workers will be suitable to carry out the work for you, to the extent of the information disclosed by you to us under clause 2.1, in that our Workers will:
a) carry out the work in a proper and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ like manner; and
b) exercise the degree of skill and diligence which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced Worker in the same or similar circumstances in accordance with good industry practices.
3.2 If any of our Workers prove unsuitable to carry out the work for you, we will use reasonable commercial endeavors to replace the unsuitable Worker as soon as practicable, and will not charge you for the time worked by the unsuitable Worker, provided that:
a) where the Worker’s shift is seven hours or more, you give notice to us within the first four hours of the Worker starting their shift; or
b) where the Worker’s shift is less than seven hours, you give notice to us within the first two hours of the Worker starting their shift.
Our Guarantee. We promise that if you use our Stock Files as described in this License, your use will not infringe on the rights (such as copyrights) of a third party.
Our Guarantee a) Goods will be subject to the Guarantee on the following basis: -
i) The PVCu profile used in the frame construction of the Goods in respect of colour, stability, shape retention, impact strength retention and resistance from laden atmosphere, salt, cement mortars and certain other materials used in the building industry will be guaranteed for 10 years from installation and this will include the cost of labour. In the case of wood grain products, the guarantee shall be for a period of 7 years for the profiles surface laminated film and 10 years in all other respects as detailed above.
ii) Sealed glass units supplied and fitted with our frames will be guaranteed for a period of 5 years from installation including the cost of labour; Sealed units not supplied in conjunction with our frames will be guaranteed for a period of 1 year. Glass breakages are not covered in the guarantee and any external marks on the glass need to be reported within 7 days of fitting. Visual marks are considered if they fall outside of the current Glass and Glazing Federation’s inspection guidelines for visual quality of insulating glass units.
iii) The conservatory roof structure will be guaranteed for 10 years from the date of installation.
iv) The materials used in the construction of the conservatory foundations, walls and floor will be guaranteed for a period of 5 years from installation.
v) All electrical items supplied will be guaranteed for a period of 24 months from installation
vi) All other ancillary items including laminate and ceramic flooring are guaranteed for 12 months from installation Please note that tiled floors are not guaranteed against cracking
b) The Guarantee will only be issued once We have notified you that you have paid all money due to Us under the Contract.
c) All fixtures and fittings including locks, handles and hinges carry a manufacturer’s guarantee and are not subject to the terms of the Guarantee.
d) The Guarantee is personal to You. The benefit of it can be transferred to the next immediate owner(s) of the premises at which the Goods are installed (and only to such person or persons) provided that:-
i) The new owner provides Us with such information as We require prior to the premises being transferred to him or her; and
ii) Either You or the new owner pays us a fee of £350 plus VAT.
iii) This transfer of guarantee must be completed within six months of the transfer of the property to the new owner.
e) Our liability under the Guarantee does not...
Our Guarantee. We will refund all payments received on a prorated basis for any Service provided hereunder other than fees received for Professional Development training, waive our right to future payment and consider this Agreement revoked if, after You have provided Us the data described in Section 9 and the teacher of each class of students utilizing the Service(s) has completed the preparation described in Section 10, the Service(s) is/are not accessible and useable by all of Your Authorized Users for extended periods of time.
Our Guarantee. 13.1. The Company have complete confidence in the quality of our services and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your decision. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we offer this amazing Happiness Guarantee. If you have a problem, we will solve it on the spot! A checklist (as mentioned in clause 5) will be run through by you and the cleaners to ensure that every cleaning service provided is up to a satisfactory standard. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we'll ensure that you're a happy customer!
13.2. Please note that this guarantee will not apply if the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was undertaken.

Our Guarantee. 6.1 We will, within a reasonable time of being notified by You, make good any defects in the Services we have completed.
Our Guarantee. 4.1 If the employed candidate resigns or their employment has been lawfully terminated by you within the first ninety (90) days of their employment, we will use reasonable commercial endeavors to find a replacement candidate and will not charge you any additional fee to do so.
4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the first ninety (90) days referred to in 3.1 is calculated from the start date of employment up until the date of resignation. This does not include the notice period.
4.3 This guarantee is given only in respect of the original candidate (and not any replacement candidate) and does not apply when a candidate’s employment has been terminated for redundancy, relocation, merger, takeover or change of employment conditions.
4.4 If we are unable to find a replacement candidate within a reasonable period of time, we will give you a credit note for the fees paid by you in relation to the unsuitable candidate. The credit note is only valid for a period of six (6) months from the date you gave us notice of the resignation or termination under clause 4.1, and may only be used for the same services (that is, requesting us to find a Candidate for you to employ in your business). For the avoidance of any doubt, we do not offer a refund of the fees paid by you.
Our Guarantee. ▇▇▇▇’s Spotless Cleaning needs your input on the overall experience and quality you are receiving so that we may address concerns that are important to you. Please let us know within 24 hours of services rendered if you are unhappy with a cleaning so that we can return the next day to cor- rect the situation at no additional charge. We urge you to email pictures of dissatisfactory areas and allow us the opportunity to re- turn. As a locally owned and owner operated company, ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ want to provide the best cleaning service you will ever have. How- ever, we can’t keep our high standards if our valued clients don’t give us their feedback and allow our staff to fix mistakes. Please note, we do not have a money back guarantee, we do not discount services. Complaints reported after 48 hours of services are not held to the satisfaction guarantee. If our clients choose to clean the areas of dissatisfaction, we are not able to uphold the guarantee. We love to reward our clients when they refer friends and family. Please mail the coupon with the name of the referred to our office, coupons will be redeemed after the new client’s cleaning is completed. While tipping is always greatly appreciated, it is neither required nor expected. If you choose to leave a tip, please make it clear that it is a tip and kindly remember to always be fair to all cleaning members. It can happen when you least expect it! ▇▇▇▇’s Spotless Cleaning can assume no liability for damage due to pictures not hung secure- ly, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, items not secured properly, etc. Curio cabinets, figurines, glassware and items of extreme value or sentimental value should be cleaned by the client. If an item is broken by one of our cleaners, ▇▇▇▇’s Spotless Cleaning will pay up to $100 per item or replacement cost when value is verifiable. The client needs to save broken item for ▇▇▇▇’s to inspect. If you notice breakage/damage, please notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Items of extreme value (mone- tary or sentimental) should be cleaned by the client. Please note that antiques, irreplaceable one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find items are not covered by our breakage and loss policy. Please let us know about any such items so we can make necessary notes on your Information Sheet that they are not to be touched. You can also move such items to a safe location on the day of your cleaning.
Our Guarantee. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods and/or services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our guarantee below is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. d) unsafe or inappropriate driving practices;
e) use of the vehicle in a competition or event;
f) where the goods are subsequently removed, repaired or modified by an unauthorised service agent.
g) Irregular servicing of your vehicle or its components, eg Radiator and/or cooling system.
h) Ignoring warning indicators. Parts used may carry warranties provided by their manufacturers, which will be passed on to the Customer. Our warranty will not exceed the one provided by the manufacturer. Please note that vehicles older than five (5) years or out of manufacturer’s warranty may have components which have reached their natural service life and are prone to failure at any time. Regular servicing and maintenance of older vehicles is recommended to ensure major problems can be identified early and repairs carried out to prevent major damage in the future. We recommend a service every 6 months or 5,000kms. Where a new radiator has been installed, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the supplier’s warranty and have a radiator flush carried out at 12 month intervals or as required by the manufacturer. Timing belts are included as a service item by manufacturers in their service schedules. Manufacturers will recommend replacement intervals based on the age and/or kilometres travelled.
