Common use of Otherwise cooperate with DELTA Clause in Contracts

Otherwise cooperate with DELTA. T in the development of the Project as mutually agreed between the Parties. Client, or Owner, shall perform such tasks within sufficient time to allow DELTA-T to fulfill its obligations under Section 1.1 above in a timely manner. Client will designate Bxxx Xxxxxxx, of BBI International, an individual, to serve as DELTA-T’s primary contact for the work performed under this Agreement. DELTA-T shall be entitled to rely on, and shall proceed according to the directions of, that individual, or such other individual as Client may from time to time appoint in writing with respect to this Agreement.
