Common use of Other Clause in Contracts

Other. On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.

Other. On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit D hereto, executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

Other. On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit EXHIBIT A.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit E hereto, executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date-Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.B.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested are required by the Investor this Agreement in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, 6.2 including, without limitation, a certificate Compliance Certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit F hereto, executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Put Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor ----- shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the CompanyForefront's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company Forefront and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.Schedule B.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.EXHIBIT A. On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor Investors shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor Investors in order for the Investor Investors to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.Schedule B.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor Company shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor Company in order for the Investor Company to confirm the CompanyInvestor's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.27.1., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit D-1 hereto, executed by an executive officer of the Company Investor and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Closing Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit C hereto, executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's ’s satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the .the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor Investors shall have received from the Company and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor Investors in order for the Investor Investors to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit D hereto, executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2., including, without limitation, a certificate (the "Closing Certificate") in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit D-2 hereto, executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit H hereto, executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2, including, without limitation, a certificate executed by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.8.2.

On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2Section, including, without limitation, a certificate (in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit E) executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

Other. On each Condition Satisfaction Date, the Investor shall have received and been reasonably satisfied with such other certificates and documents as shall have been reasonably requested by the Investor in order for the Investor to confirm the Company's satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.23.2., including, without limitation, a certificate in substantially the form and substance of Exhibit C hereto, executed in either case by an executive officer of the Company and to the effect that all the conditions to such Closing shall have been satisfied as at the date of each such certificate substantially in the form annexed hereto on Exhibit A.certificate.

Other.
