Other Training. The Employer will consider the time involved, the costs involved, relevancy to the job duties, and impact on work needs when deciding whether any bargaining unit members can attend any other training programs. Nothing in this collective bargaining agreement shall limit the participation of the attorneys in training programs established by or through the County, or funded by the County, in accordance with County training policies and procedures. The Director or his/her designee has sole discretion to determine who, if anyone, is allowed to attend any training programs under this subsection (27.3).
