There shall have been delivered to the Lender such information and copies of documents, approvals (if any) and records (certified, where appropriate) of corporate and legal proceedings as the Lender may have requested relating to the entering into and performance by the Borrower, of each of the Related Documents or the transactions contemplated thereby.
