The license of such third-party code to Licensee from Licensor is made subject to the terms of the license granted by the original licensor. Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of the license granted by the original licensor. Shrink wrap software or software licensed directly by a third party to Licensee is subject only to the license terms provided with such software.
