Other Servicing Arrangements. Without the prior written consent of the Servicer, neither WEST nor any other Person in the Serviced Group shall (a) enter into, or cause or permit any Person (other than the Servicer) to enter into on their behalf, any transaction for the lease or sale of any Asset in respect of which the Servicer is at such time performing Services, or (b) employ any Person other than the Servicer to perform any of the Services with respect to the Assets, except as provided in Article 10 of this Agreement.
