Common use of Other Services Clause in Contracts

Other Services. At the request of the Trust or the Adviser, the Subadviser in its discretion may make available to the Trust, office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services in order to facilitate meetings or other similar functions. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser and billed to the Trust or the Adviser at the Subadviser's cost.

Other Services. At the request of the Trust Corporation or the Adviser, the Subadviser in its discretion may make available to the TrustCorporation, office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services in order to facilitate meetings or other similar functionsservices. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser and billed to the Trust Corporation or the Adviser at the Subadviser's cost.

Other Services. At the request of the Trust or the Adviser, the Subadviser in its discretion may make available to the Trust, office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services in order to facilitate meetings or other similar functionsservices. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser and billed to the Trust or the Adviser at the Subadviser's cost.

Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser Sub-Adviser and billed to the Trust or the Adviser at a price to be agreed upon by the Subadviser's costSub-Adviser and the Trust or the Adviser.

Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser Sub-Advisor and billed to the Trust or the Adviser Manager at a price to be agreed upon by the Subadviser's costSub-Advisor and the Trust or the Manager.

At the request of the Trust or the Adviser, the Subadviser in its discretion may make available to the Trust, office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services in order to facilitate meetings or other similar functions. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Subadviser and billed to the Trust or the Adviser at the Subadviser's Subadvisers cost.
