Other Rights of Termination. Nothing in this clause 25 limits any other express right of termination set out in this agreement. The Parties agree to waive any rights that any Party may have pursuant to the provisions of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code, to the extent that prior judicial approval is required for cancellation of this agreement or early termination of this agreement.
