Other Restricted Persons. The Company has determined that those persons listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, together with the Section 16 Individuals listed on Exhibit are currently subject to the pre clearance requirement described in Section IV below. The Company believes that those persons have, or are likely to have, regular access to Material Nonpublic Information. Exhibit C may be amended from time to time. Under special circumstances, certain persons not listed on Exhibit-C may have access to Material Nonpublic Information for a period of time. During such period, such persons are also subject to the pre clearance procedure described in Section IV.
