To the extent not required by any other clause in this Section 6.1, promptly, copies of all financial information, proxy materials and other material information which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries has delivered to holders of, or to any agent or trustee with respect to, Indebtedness of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in their capacity as such a holder, agent or trustee to the extent that the aggregate principal amount of such Indebtedness exceeds (or upon the utilization of any unused commitments may exceed) $30.0 million.
