Common use of Other Recomputations Clause in Contracts

Other Recomputations. If there is any change of or adjustment to any item relating to the computation of payments under this Agreement of a type not provided for in Section 7.01 above (such as a recomputation of amounts due hereunder to reflect a carryback of an item of loss or credit, or a correction of any erroneous calculation previously made hereunder), then the Bank shall make or receive such payments as may be necessary and appropriate to reflect the intent of this Agreement.
