Common use of Other Real Property Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Real Property Documents. Confirmation from the Title Company that the holder of the fee interest in each Mortgaged Property has delivered to the Title Company such affidavits, certificates, information (including financial data), instruments of indemnification (including a so-called “gap” indemnification) and other documents as may be reasonably necessary to cause the Title Company to issue the Title Policies and endorsements contemplated by clause (vi) above;
