Other Qualifications. 3.3 The parties to this Agreement agree that the Company shall file or record such documents and take such other actions under the laws of any jurisdiction as are necessary or desirable to permit the Company to do business in any such jurisdiction as is selected by the Company and to promote the limitation of liability for the Member in any such jurisdiction.
