Common use of Other Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Other Purchasers. With respect to each Purchaser, no other Purchaser shall have failed to execute and deliver the Note Agreement, the Investors Rights Agreement or any other Financing Document to be executed and delivered by it, or to accept delivery of or make payment for the Purchased Securities.

Other Purchasers. With respect to each Purchaser, no other Purchaser None of the Other Purchasers shall have failed to execute and deliver the a Note Agreement, the Investors Rights Warrant Agreement or any other Financing Document to be executed and delivered by it, or to accept delivery of or make payment for the Purchased Securities.

Other Purchasers. With respect to each Purchaser, no other Purchaser None of the Other Purchasers shall have failed to execute and deliver a Securities Purchase Agreement, the Amended and Restated Note Agreement, the Investors Rights Amended and Restated Warrant Agreement or any other Financing Document to be executed and delivered by it, or to accept delivery of or make payment for the Purchased Securities.

Other Purchasers. With respect to each Purchaser, no other Purchaser None of the Other Purchasers shall have failed to execute and deliver a Securities Purchase Agreement, the Note Agreement, the Investors Rights Warrant Agreement or any other Financing Document to be executed and delivered by it, or to accept delivery of or make payment for the First Closing Purchased Securities.

Other Purchasers. With respect to each Purchaser, no other Purchaser None of the Other Purchasers shall have failed to execute and deliver the Note Agreement, the Investors Rights Agreement or any other Financing Document to be executed and delivered by it, or to accept delivery of or make payment for the Purchased Securities.
