Other Permits and Licenses. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall obtain from the GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES, the necessary licenses and permits, including construction permits and other than telecommunications permits, to build, implement, modify and remove facilities and constructions, for the provision of the GRANTED SERVICE, in accordance with the APPLICABLE LAWS AND PROVISIONS.
