Other Permits. The Seller and Purchaser shall work together on acquiring other necessary permits (such as wetland or stream crossing permits).

After the approval of the Final Working ------------- Drawings by Landlord (the "Approved Working Drawings"), Tenant shall immediately submit same to the City of Santa Xxxxxx for all applicable building permits (except the Structural Permits to the extent the same have already been received pursuant to the terms of Section 3.5.1, above) necessary to allow Contractor to commence and fully complete the construction of the Tenant Improvements (the "Permits"), and, in connection therewith, Tenant shall coordinate with Landlord in order to allow Landlord, at its option, to take part in all phases of the permitting process, and shall supply Landlord, as soon as possible, with all plan check numbers and dates of submittal.
Other Permits. If Councils, collectively or individually, file an administrative appeal or commence litigation challenging the validity of or terms or conditions of any SMC permit, SMC may terminate the sections of this Agreement related to the appeal or litigation, subject to the limitations of Section 15.3.
Other Permits. To the extent that any SPPR Permit is nontransferable and must be reissued, Western shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, use reasonable best efforts to assist the Partnership and its Affiliates in having such SPPR Permits reissued.
