Common use of Other Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Permits. Except as set forth in Schedule "I", neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the consummation thereof will violate any of the terms of any of the permits, licenses, approvals and authorities held by Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries or cause the termination or cancellation of any of the permits, licenses, approvals and authorities held by Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries. None of Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries, the Sullivans nor the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trusts has received official notice that Chem-Con or its Subsidiaries is in violation of any law, regulation, ordinance or rule applicable to them or their operations.
