Common use of Other Performance Clause in Contracts

Other Performance. Failure of the Defaulting Party to perform any other covenant, condition, agreement or provision contained herein (other than the Police Services) or to cure any misrepresentation or breach of any representation or warranty herein within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Defaulting Party of written notice of such failure, misrepresentation or breach;
