Mortgagor’s default in the performance or payment of Mortgagor’s obligations under any other note, or under any other mortgage encumbering all or any part of the Mortgaged Property, if the other mortgage is permitted by Mortgagee, whether such other note or mortgage is held by Mortgagee or by any other party.
