Other Notes or Mortgages. Borrower's default in the performance or payment of Borrowers obligations under any other note or under any mortgage encumbering all or any part of the SLF, if the other mortgage is permitted by the Bank, whether such other note or mortgage is held by Bank or by any other party, provided such default is not cured by Borrower within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the Bank.
