Other Monitoring Activities. (1) The IPA II beneficiary shall apply transparent, non-discriminatory and effective review procedures concerning the actual implementation of the tasks entrusted including regular, systematic and properly planned ex-post monitoring reviews to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the IPA II assistance.
