Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services. The following methods, other than Quality- and Cost-based Selection, may be used for procurement of consultants’ services for those assignments which the Bank agrees meet the requirements set forth in the Consultant Guidelines for their use: Least Cost Selection, Selection of Service Delivery Contractors and Selection of Individual Consultants which have been found acceptable to the World Bank.
