Common use of Other Materials Clause in Contracts

Other Materials. On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(m), the Company shall have furnished to HCW such appropriate further information, certificates and documents as HCW may have reasonably requested in furtherance of the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to HCW and its counsel.

Other Materials. On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(m), the Company shall have furnished to HCW such appropriate further information, certificates and documents as HCW may have reasonably requested requested. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents shall have been in furtherance compliance with the provisions hereof. The Company will furnish HCW with such conformed copies of the transactions contemplated herebysuch opinions, in form certificates, letters and substance other documents as HCW shall have reasonably satisfactory to HCW and its counselrequested.

Other Materials. On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(m7(l), the Company shall have furnished to HCW such appropriate further information, certificates and documents as HCW may have reasonably requested request and which are usually and customarily furnished by an issuer of securities in furtherance connection with a securities offering of the transactions type contemplated hereby. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to HCW and its counselcompliance with the provisions hereof.
