Other Liquidated Sample Clauses

Other Liquidated. Damages for the Term shall be as follows: In the case of inadequate safety measures, poor housekeeping practices and low quality of Works during the Construction Period, the following provisions for damages shall apply: Sr. No Description Liquidated Damages (in Rs.)
