Other Legal Sources. The Trust may accept money or property from sources other than those described in Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5, provided that acceptance from any such other source is permitted by law and that such money or property is credited to the appropriate Separate Retiree Account(s) to which such money or property relates.
