Common use of Other Legal Matters Clause in Contracts

Other Legal Matters. All legal matters in connection with the title to the Subject Interests and the Subject Hydrocarbons shall be approved by Lender, and there shall have been furnished to Lender by Borrower or such Subsidiary, as applicable, at Borrower’s expense, such title opinions, agreements, other opinions of counsel, and other records and information, including, without limitation, evidence of any ratification documents, participation agreements, letter of understanding from any interest owner, as it may reasonably have requested for that purpose, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, in its sole discretion.
