FULL AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall constitute the full and complete commitment between both parties. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this Agreement.

The Parties agree and understand that no promises, covenants, representations, understandings or warranties have been made other than those expressly contained herein, and that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. Any item not covered in this Agreement may be governed by existing policies, rules or regulations of the Board, or by the modification of existing policies, rules and regulations or the adoption of new policies, rules or regulations.
