Common use of Other Landlord Costs Clause in Contracts

Other Landlord Costs. Tenant shall also be responsible for the payment of (i) the fees incurred by Landlord for Landlord's consultants in connection with design drawing review and routine construction support related to the Tenant Improvements, (ii) the cost of documents and materials supplied by Landlord and Landlord's consultants, and (iii) all other verifiable, directly related costs, such as blueprint costs and delivery, fax and copy charges incurred by Landlord and Landlord's consultants related to the design/routine construction support of the Tenant Improvements. The Cost Proposal submitted to Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 above shall include Landlord's estimate of the foregoing costs. The Tenant Improvement Allowance will not be used to pay the foregoing costs. Tenant shall pay such costs to Landlord from time to time within ten (10) days after receipt from Landlord of statements of such expenses.
