Common use of Other Items of Property Clause in Contracts

Other Items of Property. All other items of property, supplies or other assets other than the Excluded Assets, which are used by Seller in connection with the Business to the extent that Seller has any rights or interests therein including, but not limited to, those listed on Schedule 1(b)(x) (“Other Items of Property”); and
