OTHER INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS. Adviser understands that the Sub-Adviser, its personnel or affiliates ("Affiliated Person") may take action for their own accounts or for other clients that differ from advice given to or action taken for the Adviser or the Fund. This Agreement does not limit or restrict in any way the Sub-Adviser or any Affiliated Person from buying, selling or trading in any securities or other investments for their own accounts or the accounts of other clients.
