Other Insurance Not Required under this Agreement Clause Samples
The "Other Insurance Not Required under this Agreement" clause establishes that the parties are not obligated to obtain any insurance coverage beyond what is specifically stated in the agreement. In practice, this means that if the contract lists certain types or amounts of insurance, the parties do not need to secure additional policies or coverage not mentioned. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes about whether extra insurance is necessary, ensuring that both parties are clear on their insurance responsibilities and limiting their obligations to only what is expressly required.
