Common use of Other Instruments Clause in Contracts

Other Instruments. Each Member hereby agrees to execute and deliver to the Company within five (5) Business Days after receipt of a written request therefor, such other and further documents and instruments, statements of interest and holdings, designations, powers of attorney and other instruments and to take such other action as the Manager reasonably deems necessary, useful or appropriate to comply with any laws, rules or regulations as may be necessary to enable the Company to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement.

Other Instruments.
