Common use of Other Information Clause in Contracts

Other Information. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

Other Information. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Joint Venture as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Lender, through the Administrative Agent Agent, may from time to time reasonably request. The Administrative Agent shall provide copies of any written information provided to it pursuant to Sections 6.01 through 6.10 above to any Lender requesting the same.

Other Information. The Upon the request of Administrative Agent, Borrower shall provide the promptly deliver to Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting about the business, propertiesoperations, revenues, financial condition, financial or otherwiseproperty, or operations business prospects of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower and every other Covered Person as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may may, from time to time time, reasonably request.

The Group and the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Warnaco Entity as the Administrative Agent or such Lender any Lender, through the Administrative Agent Agent, may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Joint Venture as the Administrative Agent or such Lender Lender, through the Administrative Agent Agent, may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Group Members as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower Borrowers shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other documents and information respecting with respect to the business, propertiesproperty, conditioncondition (financial or otherwise), legal, financial or otherwise, corporate or similar affairs or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Group Member as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Administrative Borrower shall will provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or Administrative Borrower, any Subsidiary of the Borrower its Restricted Subsidiaries, and Joint Ventures managed by any of them, as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall will provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any of their Subsidiary of the Borrower Entities as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower Borrowers shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of Holdings, the Borrower Borrowers or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Borrowers as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall will provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other documents and information respecting with respect to the business, propertiesproperty, conditioncondition (financial or otherwise), legal, financial or otherwise, corporate or similar affairs or operations (including tax and environmental matters) of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Group Member as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Borrower shall provide furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, promptly upon the Administrative Agent's written request, such other information about the financial condition, properties and operations of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries thereof and any of their Employee Benefit Plans as the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

The Administrative Agent or such shall provide copies of any written information provided to it pursuant to this Article VI to any Lender through requesting the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably requestsame.

Other Information. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with on behalf of the Lenders such other information respecting the concerning its business, properties, condition, operations or financial or otherwise, or operations condition as shall be reasonably requested. Upon the Administrative Agent's receipt of any and all financial and other information furnished by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower as pursuant to this (S)7.18 the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time shall promptly deliver copies thereof to time reasonably requesteach Lender.

The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other documents and information respecting with respect to the business, propertiesproperty, conditioncondition (financial or otherwise), legal, financial or otherwise, corporate or similar affairs or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Group Member (including any information required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” rules and regulations) as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.. Other Information. Other Information. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender Agents with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower its Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent Agents may from time to time reasonably request.

Other Information. The Borrower Representative shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender acting through the Administrative Agent with such other information respecting the business, properties, condition, financial or otherwise, or operations of the Borrower Parent or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Parent as the Administrative Agent or such any Lender acting through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

Other Information. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent or any Lender with such other documents and information respecting with respect to the business, propertiesproperty, conditioncondition (financial or otherwise), legal, financial or otherwise, corporate or similar affairs or operations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower Group Member as the Administrative Agent or such Lender through the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
