Other Hotels. Manager hereby agrees that sales and marketing information (including but not limited to advertising strategies) that is proprietary to the Hotel shall not be shared by Manager with any other hotel product that is owned or managed by Manager or its Affiliates in the metropolitan statistical area in which the Hotel is located without Owner’s prior written approval.
