Common use of Other Governmental Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Governmental Permits. Owner shall apply prior to the expiration of the Term of this Development Agreement for approvals which may be required from other governmental or quasi-governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Project as may be required for the development of, or provision of services to, the Project. City shall cooperate reasonably with Owner in its endeavors to obtain such permits and approvals at no cost to City. If, pursuant to the Existing Standards, such cooperation by City requires the approval of the City‌ Council, such approval cannot be predetermined because decisions are made by a majority vote of the City Council.
