Common use of Other Governmental Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Governmental Permits. 1. The Developer shall apply for such other permits and approvals as may be required by other governmental or quasi-governmental agencies in connection with the development of, or the provision of services to the Project. 2. The City shall cooperate with the Developer in its efforts to obtain such permits and approvals, provided that such cooperation complies with Section 4. B of this Agreement. However, the City shall not be required by this Agreement to join or become a party to any manner of litigation or administrative proceeding instituted to obtain a permit or approval from, or otherwise involving any other governmental or quasi-governmental agency.
