Other Faculty. The College may use the term “faculty” to describe persons filling roles valuable to the institution but not directly responsible for the generation of credit. Faculty members in such roles, including resource faculty, exchange faculty or emeritus faculty, are not included in the bargaining unit and are not subject to the terms of this Agreement.
