Other Employer Information. Employee will not improperly use or disclose to any member of the Company, or to any employee, officer, director, manager, equityholder, financing source, lender, partner, agent, contractor or representative of any member of the Company, any confidential or proprietary information (including unpublished patent applications or invention disclosures) belonging to any former employer of Employee or to any other person or entity to which Employee owes a duty of nondisclosure, unless consented to in writing by such employer, person or entity.
