Common use of Other Documents and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Agreements. Coast shall have received such other agreements, instruments and documents as Coast may require in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, all in form and substance satisfactory to Coast in Coast's sole and absolute discretion, and in form for filing in the appropriate filing office, including, but not limited to, those documents listed in Section 5 of the Schedule.
