Common use of Other Declarations Clause in Contracts

Other Declarations. The Project is also subject to (i) the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Base Village as recorded December 14, 2007, under Reception No. 544882 in the Pitkin County Records, and as amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Master Declaration”), which governs the use, operation and administration of the property subject to the Master Declaration (such property “Snowmass Base Village”), (ii) the Methane Gas Notice and Declaration of Use Restrictions and Covenants recorded or to be recorded against the Project as disclosed as part of the Disclosure Documents under Section 9.c below, and (iii) the Grant of Village Pool Easement and Cost- Sharing Declaration recorded or to be recorded against the Project as disclosed as part of the Disclosure Documents under Section 9.c below.
