Common use of Other Countries Clause in Contracts

Other Countries. The Parties shall in good faith discuss the possibility and their interest in developing and commercializing the Product in additional countries outside of the Territory and shall add such countries to the Territory, to the extent and pursuant to terms agreed by the Parties.
