Common use of Other Confidentiality Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Confidentiality Agreements. The provisions of this Section 17(d) are in addition to, and shall not be deemed to affect the terms and provisions of, the Confidentiality Agreement. To the extent the terms hereof may be deemed to be inconsistent with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement or such Confidentiality Agreement shall be silent, this Agreement shall control with respect to this Agreement and any Confidential Information relating hereto. Upon the written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, Lessee may provide this Agreement to third party lenders or investors of Lessee; PROVIDED that the party receiving this Agreement shall, prior to obtaining it, enter into a confidentiality agreement with Lessee for the benefit of Lessor in substantially the form of this Section 17(d).
