Other Confidential Matters. Penn is not obligated to accept any Confidential Information from Company, except for the reports and other disclosures required by Sections 1.5(ii), 2.1, 4.1, 4.4 and 6.7. Penn, acting through its Center for Technology Transfer and Finance Offices, will not during the Term or thereafter disclose to any third party outside of such Center or Office (including any other internal office or department of Penn) without Company’ prior written consent the terms of this Agreement or any Confidential Information of Company contained in those reports or other disclosures, for so long as such information or terms remains confidential. Penn bears no institutional responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of any other information of Company, except as provided in this Section 5.2 or in the Confidentiality Agreement. Company may elect to enter into confidentiality agreements with individual investigators at Penn that comply with Penn’s internal policies. PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT
