Common use of OTHER COMPANY Clause in Contracts

OTHER COMPANY. In this document, unless the context otherwise requires, each reference to the COMPANY shall be deemed to include a reference to any other company which is at the relevant time a holding company or subsidiary of the COMPANY or the subsidiary of any such holding company (within the meaning of Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985).
