Other Companies. Following a Covered Marketing Event the Section 7 Percentage participation of Icahn Enterprises in Fees and Incentive Payments (and all the terms of this Section 7) will apply not only to the Management Companies entitled to receive such Fees and Incentive Payments related to that initial fund, but will also apply to any successor or other vehicle (or the Employee’s participation therein) for new or additional Investment Funds and all Management Companies related to or associated with the Employee in any capacity, whether or not the Track Record or Covered Matters is used to market any such Investment Fund.
