Other Breach. The Company shall breach, in any material manner, any representation, warranty or covenant or other term or condition of any Transaction Document (other than the Registration Rights Agreement), except, in the case of a breach of a covenant that is curable, only if such breach continues for a period of at least fifteen (15) consecutive days after written notice thereof is delivered to the Company.
