Common use of Other Assets Clause in Contracts

Other Assets. Except as provided in Section 5.1 and Section 5.2, all procedures, methods, systems, strategies, tools, equipment, facilities and other resources used by a Party, an Affiliate or any relevant Third Party shall remain the property of such party and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall at all times be under the sole direction and control of such Party, Affiliate or Third Party.

Other Assets. Except as provided otherwise noted in Section 5.1 and this Section 5.2, all procedures, methods, systems, strategies, tools, equipment, facilities and other resources used by a PartyParty hereto, an Affiliate any of its Affiliates or any relevant Third Party Provider shall remain the property of such party Party or its Affiliates and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall at all times be under the sole direction and control of such Party, Affiliate its Affiliates or Third Partysuch third party.

Other Assets. Except as provided otherwise noted in Section 5.1 Sections 7.1 and Section 5.27.2, all procedures, methods, systems, strategies, tools, equipment, facilities and other resources used by a Party, an Affiliate any of its Affiliates or any relevant Third Party service provider in connection with the provision of the Services hereunder shall remain the property of such party Party, its Affiliates or such service providers and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall at all times be under the sole direction and control of such Party, Affiliate its Affiliates or such Third PartyParty service provider.

Other Assets. Except as provided in Section 5.1 and Section 5.25.1, all procedures, methods, systems, strategies, tools, equipment, facilities and other resources used by a Party, an Affiliate Party hereto or any relevant Third Party shall remain the property of such party Party and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall at all times be under the sole direction and control of such Party, Affiliate Party or Third Party.
