Common use of Other Affairs Clause in Contracts

Other Affairs. Clineburg may engage in charitable and community ------------- affairs and manage his personal investments, and, subject to the approval of the Board, Clineburg may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other organizations; provided that such activities are not inconsistent with the purposes of the Company and do not unreasonably interfere with the performance of his duties or responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement.
